Notes:

If you want to submit two teams, simply fill in and submit this form twice.  The higher of the two scores will automatically go in as your 'A' team.

If the round shot is a Portsmouth, then the "Score Shot" and "H/C" columns are not used.

If the round shot is anything other than a Portsmouth, then enter the score the archer shot for the round in the "Score Shot" column, and then use the relevant GNAS handicap table to calculate the handicap for that round (Use compound tables for compound bows, and recurve tables for all other bows).  Then, use the recurve Portsmouth handicap table to select the Portsmouth score that corresponds to the handicap shot and enter this score in the Portsmouth score column.  The hits and golds are always entered for the round that was shot.
